At Coach House our consultants have either held senior industry roles, worked for or with a Regulator and have significant consulting experience. Many of us have worked for one of the ‘Big 4’ firms bringing this level of expertise to assignments. Our clients tell us this level of knowledge and skill makes a huge difference when they work with us on engagements. Our Associates do have one thing in common though and this is their commitment and positive mind-set to help clients achieve their goals.

As a Coach House Associate we think it’s really important that you feel part of a community. There a number of things we do to make our company environment great to be part of. One is our regular newsletter telling you what’s going on and secondly, David Dickinson, CEO is a regular ‘blogger’.  Pretty soon Coach House is also going to be running webcasts so we can knowledge-share and take part in discussions about the regulatory landscape (or in fact any subject !).

Apart from the obvious promise to pay you promptly :) we have a couple of referral schemes in place;

  1. depending on the nature of the work and the involvement of the Associate in securing the work, Coach House will pay a generous % of the net profit
  2. recommend Coach House to a colleague and we will reward you with £250 on completion of 4 weeks engaged work with a client.
